Who We Are
Ernalee
Growing up in hospitals was no fun for an active tomboy who just wanted to run and climb trees. Illness hovered like an insidious cloud throughout my childhood and the cycle of loneliness and abandonment issues overshadowed my adult life. I wanted more than the fleeting glimpses of health and happiness that slipped like dry sand through my fingers. Would I ever be well? Sometimes I wondered.
As an adult, I struggled with candida, asthma and hypoglecemia. I was blessed to become a mother of three beautiful daughters and I continued to look for natural ways to become well. In fact, I became a Bio-Kinesionics practitioner just to heal myself! The Life Enhancement Center grew from my desire to help others heal their own bodies, emotions and lives.
I continued to seek out new ways to help myself, my family and my clients. As I did, I came to understand that this was about more than just my physical body, it was about who I was on this spiritual journey called life! Early on, I fell in love with the power of Gratitude, Intention and Taking Action, three of the four major components of what would later develop into the GIFT Process. When Ken stepped into my life and into my heart, I fell in love with him too.
About Ken
My background as a meditation teacher, social worker and alternative education teacher, all contributed to preparing me to learn in a deep way from my up-coming experiences. The most profound influence was what I learned as I turned the terminal cancer diagnosis around. My 40 years of meditation had prepared me for the deep inner work that I was to do. The main elements of my 'cure' were a combination of forgiveness, gratitude and deep cleansing of the body. What I got was a cleanse of every aspect of my being (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) and a wonderful education and insights into my life.
Ernalee and I saw the potential of what we had just accomplished in our own lives. We developed the GIFT Process so that others could benefit from our experience. You don't have to have cancer or a health crisis to benefit from the GIFT Process. Anything that is blocking you from living the life that you really want is able to be released easily from your life. Truly, this process has been a gift to us.
Through the fire of personal challenge has come an amazing gift. Even though these issues appear at a physical level, they are all much deeper, even spiritual, in their origin. The GIFT Process deals with any issue at the very core of its being. I've seen it work. I continue to baffle my doctors because I'm still alive and healthy. I want to share this with as many people as possible, as effectively as possible.
HEALTH UPDATE
March 2011
Since writing the above I have been blessed with another opportunity to deal with the cancer issue again. This time I understand that it really is all about LOVE. It's about me loving myself, others and my world more deeply. It's about manifesting Divine Love more fully. What a great gift! Taking Action is a big part of the GIFT Process and it is going to become even a BIGGER part of my healing in the form of deep spiritual work, more body cleansing (it's easy to let that part go when you're feeling great), supplements, exercise, GIFT Process sessions, etc.
The last time Ernalee and I dealt with this particular health issue we did it quietly all by ourselves. This time I am creating something I call The Love Team and I am asking you to join me in loving this issue into a deeper level of perfection. Interested? UPDATE – June, 2011
Ken’s recent test score indicate a significant improvement and the two tumors (one smaller one on the outside and one larger one deeper inside the prostate) have disappeared! On top of that his blood sugar levels and kidney function are the best they've been in close to a decade! We are soooo grateful for those of you who are sending love and positive thoughts. It’s working!
Our Life Together
We have found a wondrous level of health, happiness, love and spiritual meaning in our lives. What we have come to know is that the answers to whatever ails us at all levels, are found not outside ourselves, but INSIDE!
Together,we share a passion for photography and hiking the beautiful backwoods of our coastal home. Walking/running the seawall is part of our daily routine.
We are members of the River City Storyteller's and Ken is an active member in the Powell River Metis Society.
Ken and I have finished our first books about what else, The GIFT Process! We look forward to sharing it and our 'target book series' with you.
In all that we do we bring our gratitude for the life we've been blessed with and a deep desire to help people empower themselves and live a spiritually-focused, passion-filled life.
